Does your system work if we only have dial-up Internet? The programme content has been optimised to run quickly and efficiently, even on dial-up connections. We have deliberately avoided the use of technologies that are slow loading and bandwidth hungry. Will I have to download or install software? The Elearning System runs on our own server so there is no need for you to install software or files on your internal computer system. You have the option to do this in relation to our package of stress management tools but it is definitely not required for the elearning. Will we receive assistance in marketing the elearning to our staff? Every two weeks we will send you an email which promotes one of the courses. All you will have to do is to cut and paste the contents of this email and send it to everyone in your organisation. How much does it cost? Organisations pay an annual license fee to access this service and make it freely available for use by all employees 24/7. All prices shown are Australian Currency so click here for currency conversions. An initial set up fee of $750 applies in the first year. The set up involves customising the e-learning so that users register at your website and see your corporate branding as the masthead on all of the courses. Is there anything beside elearning? The Elearning License also allows you to download and install on your server other resources specifically relating to stress management. As you are aware the cost of workplace stress is increasing and is estimated to consume between 5% and 10% of gross national product per annum. Am I able to cancel my subscription? You have the option to renew or to cancel your subscription at the end of each 12 month period. We do not require our clients to enter into any long term contracts. We work hard to regularly add value to the product so that users will want to regularly renew their subscription.
