His clients include some of Australia's largest companies and many State and Commonwealth Government Departments. His association with TEC covers a period of 15 years and he has received the highest awards that TEC bestows upon its Resource Speakers including Speaker of the Year.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, with a major in psychology, from the University of New England, Armidale.
